About PUBG

PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds is a battle royale shooter from Bluehole Corporation subsidiary PUBG Corporation. The title plays like a “last man standing” deathmatch, with up to one hundred players parachuting onto a large, open map with no weapons. Once players land, they must scramble to find weapons and equipment to defend theselves with. As the match progresses, the playable area steadily shrinks, as a blue shimmering wall of death closes in around the arena, funneling the players ever-closer to the center.

The match ends when all but one player’s been eliminated.

PUBG Mobile is a mobile version of the original PUBG from Tencent games and PUBG Corporation. The title launched on iOS and Android in September 2018.

As of April 2020, PUBG is one of the best-selling and highest-grossing games of all time, with over 70 million copies sold on PC and consoles. As of March 2021, PUBG Mobile has accumulated more than one billion downloads, and grossed over $4.3 billion.
